There is a quaint family run Kitchen store on Newbury Street in Boston where upon entering one will be instantly charmed by the little family who owns and operates the shop. Beware. Newbury Kitchens and Baths does not accept credit cards, payment is due in full when cabinets are ready to ship from Italy and the lovely people at Newbury Kitchens make many mistakes and the customer has no hold back or recourse. Once the mistakes are made the customer must endure not only endless delays, up charges and contractor's frustration but the lovely family turns hostile and arrogant.
I advise you to stay away from Newbury Kitchens and work with a Kitchen cabinet store who's payment policies allow the customer to have recourse when mistakes are made.
